VINTAGE NOKIA MOBILE PHONE ~ Can you relate to this?

This is a GSM Nokia Phone... Hahaha!

I still recall that during 90's +++ that famous beeper accelerated to the world of communication aside from using our local landlines to call. Beeper sends you messages while out by just calling your network and then they will send it to the recipient.

Next is the mobile phone by ALCATEL and other brands.. Next is the famous NOKIA phones..

When my brother have this, i sincerely asked this and keep it as a COLLECTION. Mobile phones used to look like this, huge in size and with a pretty long antenna (it has antenna, but I seemed lost it). It is similar to today’s cordless phone. It must seem real odd to us now, but back then this cell phone were the craze of the day. I know that this old model of Nokia can still use, provided that  I have the Charger and the busted battery been replace. Unfortunately, there are no more.

Improved technology has made a great change in the history of mobile phones, transforming the huge brick-like mobile phones of 1990's to sleek and stylish smartphones we carry with us now. The boom of mobile technology has been to the top of the edge.

About 1998 this is old model been replace by the smallest, sleek design of black and white Nokia 5110, 3210. Next is the mobile phone black and white touch screen ( Motorola). Then, the birth of the world’s first monochromatic display cell phone, and with that we wave goodbye to the old and boring black display. Which it has single color display. A with the compact design made this phone a great choice for everyone.

The Evolution of first the world’s first camera. Cell phone Nokia 7650, features a great color display and a 0.3MP camera allowing you to snap pictures on the move.

While moving forward to the worlds of being a techie and the Slimmest Phone has arrived! the Motorola, with VGA screen, stylish, sleek and can fit into your pocket while on the go.

After that, Smartphones has arrived. Apple Inc released the Apple iPhone, which was the world’s first advanced touchscreen smartphone.  HTC with qwerty, Motorola, Samsung Galaxy runs on the Android OS with the 8MP camera. That Supports web browsing, calls and has an in-built GPS. Nokia Lumia 800, which runs on the Windows 7 Mobile Edition OS. And more becoming a computer age mobile phones, GPS, radio and our lifeline to the Internet, and still be able to fit in your pocket. And with the latest other Smartphones we have like Iphone5 and so on...and so on...

Mobile phones have evolved a lot in terms of their form, performance and features. I am still waiting for another developed stage of  mobile phones in this coming years...

Have fun !!! Please do subscribe if you found this blog is useful..Thanks for reading this!

ICE SCRAMBLE or ISKRAMBOL ~ A Philippines Street Smoothie

A Philippines Street Smoothie in replace of Ice Cream.

Who are you guys don't remember this street smoothie of we have? It still yet available on our street and now also in SM and other Malls.

Ice Scramble or Iskrambol Date taken: 3-30-2013 6:01PM

Back, when I was a child. I still reminisced that I also a fan of this "Iskrambol". I am proud to say that I went to a public school during my elementary days. The essential basic part of my life. During that day, I always bought this smoothie "Iskrambol" together with the "Tira-tira" and "Sundot-Kulangot" after long day classes and subjects end at the afternoon. Run to the street vendor and bought this and barely not worried if its clean or not. Eventhough, I am still kickin' and alive..Hahaha!

The thing is, its chilly taste, refreshing, syrupy and perks up your hot bodied temp.

Not to mention, it is absolutely light on the pocket.

Neither pricey creams nor swanky coolers

Composition: shaved ice, sugar, milk, and chocolate syrup

Filipinos love eating their iskrambol plain and perfect!

No chance to get in the Philippines? Hahaha! you may ask nicely someone Filipinos you know or check it online. There are varieties of recipes for this. Have Fun!

LIFE-SUSTAINING TRAVEL GADGET: Apple Iphone5

Recently, I got my new Iphone 5 from the Wipe Out Current Postpaid program by Smart Communications. :-) . I availed their program last March 2013 at no cost because I was trying to cut the line of no use for about a year of my low plan from them. I only paid for the reactivation fee. I am their loyal subscriber since 2008...

From Iphone4 to 5...It was great that I have my 5 now for envying the others. Hahaha!  I love nokia phones for they are Friendly user especially when in  a driving mode, but I need to switch to another mobile like Blackberry 9780 (It's an old model) but I find it just recently it's useful because of the BB Messenger for Php99.00 courtesy of my Suncellular Mobile Network...Back then, i hated blackberry. My job entailed me with long written emails and so on. I hate typos because it ended with the callous fingers on tip...Nyay!!

Blackberry, Samsung or Nokia.. I got my hands down to Iphone. My worlds of being a techie one and used of more emails and etc...So as 5 gives me a 99% of used.. I really enjoying the Iphone apps for camera, instagram, twitter, viber, tripadvisor, agoda hotels, fb and many to mention. I also used my daily planner apps instead of using my notebook planner. That's the amazing use of the iphone (any model). I often used google maps especially for the place that is not well known to the others or when I am driving the road of no one to ask. I am thankful to Smart for converting my low plan to unlimited access on web/ internet surf on my mobile for only at locals. Abroad has different charges may apply. So as, i dont need to go or find a wifi spot near. I also enjoyed the camera apps for taking pictures and do some edit to make photos even nicer to upload. I do book my ticket in an instant using Safari Browser. There are Podcasts for watching free videos online. I currently YOGA subscriber and I used it daily for free. Travel apps is also a must for me that helped me along the path. I am a fan of cam scanner.. It gave my life easier especially of when getting docs or info in one snap and send to email in an instant..Whola!!

If you want your paper trails or your business docs and or easy life...go on with the Apple or any mobile that has same features..and your on way to GO...have fun!

Taho @ Taho Bar Glorietta Makati

TAHO, it's my favorite street food selling by the street vendor since when i was a child.. I used to eat this every morning. It's still hot when the vendor pouring it into my favorite container or in a glass. What is Taho? It is made of Soy beans or Soya.. It is sometimes a replacement for milk for infants but not advisable to take replace by milk because milk is rich in calcium while soya rich in proteins. Though it was my childhood favorite food i still used to eat this even i get old.
